Take part in the Walkergate Toy Drop Appeal and help us make Christmas magical!
For many of us, Christmas is a special time – but for some – it can sadly be a cause of stress and difficulty.
Through our toy drop appeal, we’re aiming to create some Christmas magic for children across the region, providing them with a gift they may otherwise not have had.
How to help and get involved?
From the 1st October until 3rd December, The Bishops’ Mill at Walkergate will be our dedicated donation point for collecting donated presents of toys. We’re looking for donations of both new and old toys, suitable for children from 12 months to 16 years old.
Please take your donations The Bishops’ Mill at Walkergate where the team will store them for further distribution.
These thoughtful donations will then be distributed to the local community, and collections schemes throughout December.
