Katie O’Brien was born in 1921 of Irish descendants, she married in the travelling community in the 1940’s with her husband they made their way through Britain, settling in England bringing leisure and libation to the masses. Katie became well known for hosting the best parties and finding the finest liquor, she was an authority on music and an accomplished dancer; light as a feather. A true traveller, Katie’s business took her round the world twice rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous.
Although Katie served her last drink many years ago, some of her family still carry on her work pouring drinks, providing parties and dancing; lovely.
