To celebrate Veganuary, the Bishops’ Mill will be serving a specially priced meal throughout January. Running from Wednesday 1 to Friday 31 January, Veganuary encourages people to try vegan food throughout the month.
The Bishops’ Mill will be serving a delicious ramen noodle bowl, with noodles, bean sprouts, shiitake mushroom, spring onion, carrot, pak choi, bamboo shoots, red onion, sliced chillies and coriander, in a light broth.
The specially priced meal is entirely plant based, just 466 Calories and under one percent fat, costing £6.99 (with a soft drink) and £8.52 (with an alcoholic drink).
Of course, there is a range of vegan dishes available all year round at the Bishops Mill.
